Investigate how these two artists have explored their personal experiences as women in society through their art practice. Consider how each artist has used scale, colour and materials such as textiles to their advantage to explore and reveal a female sensibility.
 

Too often society judges by their size; we are too fat, too thin, too short, or too tall. Judged not by who we are but how we appear. We must measure up or face ignominy. As a girl who stands 6 ft tall, measurements and comments have been a regular part of my life.
